Desenvolvimento de metodologias de prática teatral para pessoas cegas ou com baixa visão. Projeto Financiado pela Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian e pela Fundação La Caixa no âmbito do Programa Partis & Art for Change.
This is an educational program in the area of dramatic expression and theatre for children, adolescents and adults. The beginner programs approach theatrical language with a more playful strategy, exploring theatre games using elements such as space, sound, images, and texts as catalysts. In the next levels we dive deeper into artistic concepts creating projects using more elaborate methods of theatrical interpretation. Depending of the level of the students, plays are created and staged in the form of project intervention with a specific community.
Casa Aberta is an educational program partnering up O Teatrão with the Center of Theatre Studies of the University of Lisbon, with Maria João Brilhante as the curator. Every two months, during a weekend, we receive two professionals who share their work processes using a theoretical-practical model. It is directed towards professionals and students of the Performance Arts who would like to experiment and reflect on different processes of artistic creation.
